Elopement Guides!
We’re Tana (photographer) and Cory (videographer)
When an artsy music teacher met a mortgage broker athlete on Bumble, our photo & video team was born!
The first year of our marriage we traveled Europe visiting 15 countries and took photos and video of everything in sight! When we returned to the states, we became obsessed with telling others’ love stories through photo and film! Come adventuring with us in Page, AZ and we’ll show you all of the beauty that this Lake Powell town has to offer!

What’s Included
We care about making your story YOURS!
01 Documenting your AUTHENTIC story
Every elopement and love story is unique. We want to take the time to get to know you, your story and your wants for the day. We set up Zoom calls prior to your elopement, at your convenience, and send a questionnaire so that we can include every detail that makes your story YOURS! This helps your elopement day vision come to life!
02 Location Scouting
We are sure to hike the trails and scout your elopement locations during the week before your elopement, to make sure if anything pops up (like different water levels at Lake Powell) then we have Plan B routes to keep your day running smoothly. We take the stress off of your shoulders and be the experts you can rely on!
03 Permit Expertise
National Parks and Glen Canyon National Recereation Area (Lake Powell) do not allow drone footage, but we are familiar with the surrounding areas that do allow drone permits. Horseshoe Bend allows elopements.
If you want to elope at Lake Powell you will need a special use permit from the Glen Canyon Permit Office which is $300.
You can elope in slot canyons similar to Lower and Upper Antelope Canyon through a private tour company. We’ll send you a list of our favorites if you like this option.
Plus, there are neighboring, lesser known landscapes and hikes that you can marry at, as well!
-
Sure! We love to see your crew! Elopements don't have to be running away from it all. Your friends and fam can adventure with you, as well!
-
If you elope on the Utah side of the border, you will need an Utah Marriage license by applying at a country clerk's office in person, and someone on BCNP's approved list to officiate.
Utah also requires 2 witnesses present to sign your marriage license. If you are planning eloping with just you two, you can use vendors to sign or people on the trails are happy to sign as long as they are over the age of 18!
If you are eloping on the AZ side of the border, you also need an AZ Marriage License, an ordained officiant, two witnesses, and to submit the completed marriage license.
-
We don't believe hiking HAS to be required to have a beautiful elopement day.
If you enjoy hiking and it is in your bones, we will happily grab our boots and go, but there are many overlooks in Page, AZ that don't require hiking as well.
So this landscape can be an elopement for the adventurous OR the adventure-ISH!
We don't recommend hiking more than 3 miles out and 3 miles back on your elopement day because the outfits and gear we are taking will be different than a normal hiking day.
No worries though, we know all of the trails in this area and can share some good recommends that make sense for YOU!
-
Most of our elopements last from 4 - 12 hours (which can be split up into two days if you wish or a sunset and sunrise session split up).
It depends on what adventures you want documented or not, and how long you want the EPIC fun to last!
Check out our different options here.
