A Blue Coyote Ranch Wedding: The Love Story of Teresa and Alex

Teresa and Alex met online, as so many of modern daters do these day - including my husband and myself! Teresa was a new travel nurse in Seattle and Alex had recently moved there for a job at Amazon. Teresa was beginning to feel homesick for Denver, but Alex began to change her mind, because she began to fall for him. Though they fell in love, they did eventually move back to Denver together!

They got married at the Blue Coyote Ranch in Salida, CO with their closest friends and family from out of town. As well as this, some really cool vendors like a folk band from Denver called the Mighty Holler performed at their wedding. Here is their love story!

Getting Ready

Teresa got ready at the Tudor style house on the Blue Coyote Ranch with her best girlfriends. They all had cute matching jammies and had cocktails to boot. Then their were first looks with Teresa and her best friend, her dad, as well as her and Alex and their son.

Ceremony

They got married in a field at the ranch that was surrounded by mountains and gorgeous Colorado views. The officiant was one of Teresa’s best friends and the couple did a beautiful dip at the end of the ceremony while coming down the aisle. After the ceremony we took family photos and then moved on to bridals and the reception!

We took some bridal portraits in the field as the sun was setting and the guests enjoyed a cocktail hour under the tent outside. Then dinner began along with toasts, dancing and live music.

Reception

The reception was full of live music by the Mighty Holler and the dance party used light-up sticks to party on throughout the night! It was so much fun and the bride and the groom had a blast.
