The Love Story of Emily and Emily

First off, this was the first time I have ever photographed a couple that shared the same name, and it was the cutest thing ever! Emily and Emily met online and the rest is history!

Two brides, one in white and one in black, walking down the aisle with their bouquets in a greenhouse venue

They got engaged, bonded over their love of Emily’s dog - Freddie, had a healthy blend of both musicals and sports for activities they enjoy together, and got married at the Kinland Farms. Their wedding had beautiful autumnal vibes which had guests drooling over the details. Here is their love story!

Kinland Farms

Emily and Emily got married at the Kinlands inside their Garden House Event Rental space. Which ended up being perfect, as we weren’t sure if it was going to rain or not that day. So the couple had the option to have the benches set up either outside or inside in case of bad weather.

The Kinlands is a place that Emily and Emily would frequently go on dates and they loved the Hygge and rustic qualities of the farm. It made for magic in their autumnal details to their wedding day!

Getting Ready and Private Vows

There was a cute little shed space available for the brides to get ready in and read their private vows!

Their friend had hand stitched their initials and flowers on this cute set of Tevas for their reception!

The Ceremony

The ceremony was held inside the Garden House Event Rental space at the Kinlands since it started to sprinkle but it ended up being such a cozy and intimate wedding space!

I also loved seeing the flower boy toss leaves out before the ceremony.

A long-time best friend officiated their wedding, which ended up being so sweet!

And did I mention that everything was candlelit!?!?

We took a group photo and then had some family photos outside while the weather cleared.

Then it was time for some bridal photos!

I also loved the napkins that featured the couple’s dog Freddie!
