Red Butte Garden+Utah State Capitol Elopement Day: The Love Story of Katie and Taylor
Katie is a Midwest girly and Taylor is a west coaster, but when these two met it was an instant match!
They eloped at the SLC courthouse, took their bridals at the Red Butte garden, and ended their elopement day at the Utah State Capitol building for a picnic and some cake!
SLC County Clerk’s Office
The couple eloped at the SLC County Clerk’s Office with their friend from Dungeons and Dragons as their main witness, as well as myself as the second witness. It was a sweet and intimate ceremony and the couple was so excited to make it official!
Red Butte Garden
Then we ventured to Red Butte Garden where the couple had yearly passes and had spent many dates together walking through the gardens, attending concerts and enjoying nature together. Because of the sentiment, it was the perfect place to host their bridals for the day and ended up being so beautiful in photos!
Utah State Capitol Building
The couple ended the day at the Utah State Capitol Building for some additional bridals, to have a light picnic, and eat their wedding day cake in the outside field. After this, the couple went out to eat at their favorite restaurant and concluded their beautiful elopement day!
